If you happen to run into any issues upon delivery. please take a picture of the item and submit it to OranaG8@icloud.com along with your order number. We will contact you within 2 business days with a resolution for you.
Cancellation Policy
We do not accept cancellations for orders that have already been processed. Once you have received your delivery date and tracking number confirmation email, your order is considered “shipped”. Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Canada. [We also accept orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses in Canada only.] Any shipments outside of Canada are not available at this time.
